Setting & location

Camp de Mar is a small purpose built resort on the south west coast of Majorca. The coast line here is in a sheltered spot, protected against the wind.
There are showers and toilets, ramps for the disabled and lifeguards are on duty. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire, and you can also rent and pedalos.

Water safety & clarity

The waters are calm and shallow. The sea is a fabulous green colour and there are little rocky coves to explore. It is a great spot for families, but of course it does get crowded in the summer holiday months. There are lifeguards on duty.

Restaurants

There are some beach restaurants to the rear of the beach, but the most eye-catching one is on an island in the sea (La Illeta) that can be accessed by a wooden bridge from the beach.
