When do I have to book my taxi?

You can book your transfer or your tour up to 24 hours before your deprature. Of course, we recommend you to do it earlier, if possible. If, however, you need to book in the last minute but you cannot do it, please call us! We will do our best to help you.

How much baggage can I carry?

You can carry as many as 4 average size suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. If you have extra luggage, a bicycle, or a golf bag, you have to check the relevant boxes in your travel voucher. This will not increase your transfer cost.

Do you provide baby seats or boosters?

Yes, we do. We provide baby seats and boosters. You only need to check the relevant box in your travel voucher, so that we know what type and number of seats you require.

Do children count as passengers?

Yes, children count as passangers. All taxis in Palma seat up to 4 persons, regardless of whether they are adults or children!

How long is the trip?

The length of your trip depends on where you are going. The trip to the farthest destination from the airport takes about 75 minutes.

Where will the taxi collect us to return us to the airport or port?

At the address specified by you in your reservation.
If you are staying at a hotel, the driver will pick you up at the time speficied by you in the reservation – you should be waiting for him at the entrance of the hotel. When our driver arrives, you need to show him your reservation to prove that you are our customer.

Do I have to confirm the pick-up time?

You have already confirmed the pick-up time in your reservation. In the event of any changes, you should notify us at least 24 hours before your departure.

I had only booked one-way trip and now I need round trip. What do I do?

You can book a return trip up to 24 hours before your departure.

There is no Internet connection where I’m staying. How can I make a reservation?

If you don’t have an Internet connection, you may book your transfer over the phone.

I made the reservation

I have not received the email booking process or confirmed reservation. What I have to do?

In that case you should immediately call us or send us an email to inform us accordingly.

I have completed my trip

I have some comments or suggestions to make, whom should I contact?

The Contacts section allows you fast and easy access for your comments and suggestions.
If you happen to accidentally leave something behind in our taxis, do not worry! Contact us and we will send it to your address.

If my lugagge is delayed or lost, what should I do?

On principle, you have one hour to reclaim your lugagge after your plane lands and to find your driver. If your lugagge is delayed more than usual, or is lost, please call us immediately to inform us about your problem!

Now I`m at the airport

Where will I find the driver at the airport?

Once you arrive at the airport, you will find your driver at the meeting point. It is right in the middle of the airport lobby, at gate 4, next to the information desks. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name printed on it. When you find him, you will have to show a printout of your reservation, so that we can make sure you are our customer.

Where will I find the driver at the port?

Once you arrive at the port, you will find our driver at the exit of the building. He will be waiting for you with a sign which has your name printed on. When you find him, you will have to show a printout of your reservation, so that we can make sure you are our customer.
What if I can not find the driver at the meeting point?
You should immediately call one of our contact numbers! We will help you find your driver in the easiest way possible!

What if my flight is delayed?

No reason to worry! A delay in your flight can never affect your transfer. We monitor the flights of our customers. It does not matter at what time you arrive, our driver will be waiting for you!

Can I change the time of transfer?

You can change the time of your transfer up to 24 hours before your trip by sending us an email to that effect. If, however, you need to change it just a couple of hours before your trip, please contact us so that we can see if and how we can help you.

My flight has been canceled. What do I have to do?

You may cancel your transfer as is provided in our terms and conditions.
